My working style
When I work with a new team, I hit the ground running by collaborating with key stakeholders, reviewing the quality of existing preventative maintenance, determining opportunities where institutional knowledge associated with maintaining critical infrastructure can be captured, designing in lifecycle planning, ensuring there is a smart process to update and track assets, as well as doing a deep dive into the design of the onboarding process.
I believe it is paramount to not only connect authentically with key team members, but all employees. Whether it is in an executive conference room, on a rooftop, or in the mud looking for the shutoff valve listed on the as-built, I take pride in delivering solutions that champion the voice of the entire organization.
